Very friendly and helpful service. Delicious Korean food. Come here if you’re hungry for Korean food and a chilled vibe. Music was simple and not too loud, which is always a bonus.
Really enjoyed the food and service from Abu Bakr. Had bang bang and chicken road bibimbaps. Bang bang one is better. We also had the kimchi loaded fries and we asked to add chicken to it which they accommodated to. We had our 10 week old daughter with us and they were accommodating of that as well.
Zaxx's kitchen was ravaged by a devastating fire during the summer of 2024. Finally, they reopened in February 25, much to the delight of the local patrons and Londoners alike. The wings remain top tier, with the soy and garlic being by my personal favourite. The Bibimbap is generously filled with a variety of fillings and toppings. My kids enjoy the Korean corn dog, what not to like about a deep fried breaded block of cheese with flavoursome sauce! Zaxx's have improved their Kimchi pancakes which are now cooked in a waffle iron, resulting in a crispy exterior and a soft umami packed interior. Yum!
I visited once a few years ago and had ordered via Uber Eats on an occassion but wasn't overly impressed. I did however visit yesterday with my family and had an excellent experience. Wonderful customer service from Abu & Naina who were polite, courteous and able to provide recommendations from the menu. The food itself was delicious with so much flavour. We ordered the Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap, Korean Rose Bibimbap, Loaded fries, cheese dogs and wings. All fresh and a welcome change to the palette. This is A great place for Halal Korean inspired cuisine.
First time eating here tonight. The food was excellent and massive portions. Fantastic service from Fazna too, we were there with our 4 year old daughter and she brought her out some books and some milk. I only scored 3 for atmosphere because it was empty and we sat on the bench outside. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing food! I was blown away. Our server Niana was really sweet and took such good care of us. Chicken kimchi bowl had so much food in it and lots of fresh veggies. I thought I couldn't eat any more but then the cake with ice cream was just so good... Cute vibe inside with good music, like entering another world.
The service from Shereen & Abu was polite & professional throughout. Abu talked us through the menu, explaining various items which was great as it was our first visit. The food was all fresh & brought out in a timely manner. Everything we ordered was very nice, particularly the K- classic burger, the bang bang wings, prawns & the loaded fried. The Karma drinks were a refreshing change to the usual Cokes & stuff at most other restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return to this place.
